    Director Talent Acquisition 

    Responsible for the oversight of the recruiting function at Northern Arizona Healthcare to include providers, clinical and non-clinical roles. The role will manage the recruiting staff (recruiters and recruiting support team) and be responsible for hiring, performance evaluation, and staff development. The director will develop recruitment strategies, manage and lead projects and initiatives related to process improvement and improve the effectiveness of the staffing function. This role has primary oversight of the organizations Applicant Tracking System. In addition, the Director will provide direct support and requisition ownership for provider recruitment. The role plans, develops, and directs strategic physician recruitment and physician employment programs. From time to time they will be requested to participate in other HR related project teams.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree- Required
    • Master's Degree- Preferred
    • Minimum of five (5) years recruiting, healthcare management or comparable experience- Required
    • Minimum of one (1) year managing a team- Required
    • Valid AZ driver's license- Required

    Healthcare Recruiter

    Responsible for recruitment of healthcare professionals, clinical and non-clinical, for specific service line positions at Northern Arizona Healthcare. The recruiter will be working with management to determine staffing needs and recruitment strategies. In addition, they will help to determine candidate sourcing strategies and implement sourcing solutions to develop candidate pipelines. Will perform candidate pre-screens, evaluating qualifications of the candidates using interview, reference and background checks. Advises management and staff on Human Resource processes and employee relations issues and performs special assignments as requested.

    Qualifications

    • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree- Required
    • 2 years experience working in HR function/department. Could include but not limited to: staffing, benefits, employee relations, training and development or 1 year experience as a recruiter- Required
    • Previous experience in healthcare- Preferred
    • Previous experience recruiting for non-exempt and exempt roles, including managerial level positions- Preferred

    Human Resources Assistant 2

    The Human Resource Assistant receives and screens visitors and provides primary telephone coverage for the department. This individual is responsible for providing assistance to applicants and new hires to ensure all paperwork is completed and understood. The HR Assistant also makes badges for employees, volunteers and visitors, and is responsible for other administrative duties as needed. The focus of this role is customer service and supporting the NAH employees in answering HR related questions.

    Qualifications

    • High School graduate or GED- Required
    • Bachelor's Degree- Preferred
    • PHR- Preferred
    • Two years prior experience in busy customer service environment- Required
    • Experience with computer spreadsheets and word processing programs- Required
    • Human Resource experience- Preferred
