    Steve McCready has been an HR consultant working directly with handbook for over eight years. He was one of the primary designers of the Thompson Handbook Builder and has worked with 100’s of companies helping them to rewrite their handbooks so they are legally compliant to all relevant federal, state, and local laws. He currently works with BLR as a National Account Rep and Employee Handbook expert.

    True Colors was created in 1978 by Don Lowry, who studied prior personality assessments such as Myers Briggs  and David Keirsey’s wanted to create a similar assessment that was easier for people to remember. The Personal Success Seminar that people participate in to evaluate their strongest color type (personality type) encourages participants to understand their own behavior and personality through a self-assessment.
