As Vice President of Human Resources, Brady Young leads strategic talent management at both TGen and Ashion in Phoenix and TGen North here in Flagstaff. Ashion Analytics is a clinical genomics laboratory, a spinout of TGen. Prior to joining TGen, Brady held human resources positions in for-profit organizations including CVS Health and consulting positions in firms like Intel and Raytheon. Brady received his M.B.A and B.S. from the University of Arizona. He will discuss identifying opportunities to improve business operations through people and creating inexpensive ways to engage your employees to meet those business needs.
