The Holiday Season is a stressful season.  A full toolbox of skills is necessary to navigate the high and lows and start the New Year in a good place. In this spirited, interactive session, participants will learn about the core element of self-compassion and explore concrete tools to nurture themselves when under duress.

David McCain's life purpose is to change the world by increasing the well-being of individuals and organizations. Through his company, Communicating with Heart, he specializes is communication-skills training, team-building, and motivational speaking. He is a Qualified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator which helps teams understand, accept, and benefit from their differences. His communication-skills trainings are based on the Compassionate (Nonviolent) Communication that offers simple wisdom and practical tools to improve relationships in all spheres of life. He especially enjoys offering spirited, interactive trainings on self-care, empathic listening, speaking your truth and being heard, conflict transformation, and cooperation in the workplace. He has worked with a wide range of local organizations in the for-profit and non-profit sectors including the Diamond Cutter Institute, Hotel Monte Vista, Northern Arizona Healthcare, Senestech, Inc., Navajo Nation Department of Self-Reliance, NAPEBT Wellness Program, and Coconino County Human Resources.

PLEASE NOTE:  Registration closes Thursday, December 7, 5PM.  Reminder for all, we do have a cancellation policy.  Please notify us by Thursday, Decebmer 7, by 5PM at nahramembership@gmail.com if you are unable to attend if you've already registered.  We try to be as accurate as possible with the number of attendees to inform DoubleTree and facilitators as we use these final numbers for facilities, tables, food, supplies, etc.  If you've registered for an event and do not cancel or show up, there is a no-show fee of the full amount of the seminar for which you will be billed.
