    During this seminar, attendees will be given the skills to perform a self-check on programs, policies and practices that impact and drive employee engagement in the workplace.  Human Resources earns its seat as a strategic business partner by championing a best place to work attitude throughout the organization.

    Dietrich Sauer is the current Executive Director of Human Resources with Coconino Community College and brings a breadth of experience to our organization.  His previous roles include: Executive Director of Human Resources for the Flagstaff Unified School District, eCommerce HR Manager for Deckers Brands, Area Human Resources Leader for Deluxe Corporation, was a previous President elect for ASPAA (The Arizona School Personnel Administrators Association) and former NAHRA board member.  He has also presented locally and nationally during events for the Arizona Department of Education, the American Association of School Personnel Administrators, Lancaster Consulting and for the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce.  He’s originally from California where he graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Behavioral Science but loves Flagstaff as he met his wife while walking dogs in the forest. 

    PLEASE NOTE:  Registration closes Monday, October 9, 5PM.  Reminder for all, we do have a cancellation policy.  Please notify us by Monday, October 9, by 5PM at nahramembership@gmail.com if you are unable to attend if you've already registered.  We try to be as accurate as possible with the number of attendees to inform DoubleTree and facilitators as we use these final numbers for facilities, tables, food, supplies, etc.  If you've registered for an event and do not cancel or show up, there is a no-show fee of the full amount of the seminar for which you will be billed.
