Julie Lancaster, founder of Lancaster Consulting, is an experienced management coach and leadership consultant.  Lancaster Consulting is results oriented, future-focused, and is a positive advocate for professional success. Julie has provided training to 9000 participants in government, non-profit, and private sectors with American and global scope for 22 years. Her previous roles include dean of education, director of career services, career coach and education director.  

Julie designs and provides leadership development academies, team building events and retreats for people who strive for top performance.  She also provides leadership coaching for individuals who aim for optimal effectiveness.  Julie holds a Master's Degree in Education, is a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner, has been awarded Adjunct Instructor of the Year, and lives in Flagstaff, AZ.  Julie travels around the country working with individuals and groups who strive for optimal success. www.LancasterLeadership.com 

PLEASE NOTE:  Registration closes Monday, August 7, 5PM.  Reminder for all, we do have a cancellation policy.  Please notify us by Monday, August 7, by 5PM if you are unable to attend if you've already registered.  We try to be as accurate as possible with the number of attendees to inform DoubleTree and facilitators as we use these final numbers for facilities, tables, food, supplies, etc.  If you've registered for an event and do not cancel or show up, there is a no-show fee of the full amount of the seminar for which you will be billed.
